CAROL MARTIN Neuro Bloom Behavioral Health
At Mental Health Wellness Clinic, healing is not just about recovery—it’s about transformation. Our healing points reflect our commitment to ethical practice, clinical excellence, and compassionate care that nurtures lasting mental strength and emotional well-being.
I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. Services include treatment for:
Anxiety disorders
Depression
Bipolar disorder
ADHD
PTSD and trauma-related disorders
Insomnia
OCD
Women’s mental health concerns
Work-related stress and burnout
Treatment plans are personalized and may include medication, therapy, or a combination of both.
Your initial psychiatric evaluation is typically 60 mins. During this visit, we will:
Review your symptoms and concerns
Discuss your medical and psychiatric history
Explore lifestyle factors and stressors
Develop a personalized treatment plan
You’ll leave with clear next steps and, if appropriate, a medication plan.
I provide both medication management and supportive psychotherapy. Many clients benefit from a combined approach. If you need more intensive therapy, I can coordinate care with a licensed therapist to ensure collaborative treatment.
Yes, when clinically appropriate and after a thorough evaluation. ADHD treatment may include stimulant or non-stimulant options. Ongoing monitoring, follow-up appointments, and safe prescribing practices are emphasized.
Yes. I offer secure telehealth appointments for clients located in New Jersey (and other states where I am licensed). Telehealth allows you to receive care from the comfort of your home while maintaining privacy and convenience.
Follow-up appointments are typically:
Every 2–4 weeks when starting or adjusting medication
Every 1–3 months once stable
Appointment length is usually 20–30 minutes for medication management, longer if therapy is integrated.
I accept select insurance plans like Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Carelon Behavioral Health. I also offer private pay. If I am out-of-network with your plan, I can provide a superbill for reimbursement.
Please contact the office to verify current insurance participation.
New patient availability varies, but I strive to schedule evaluations within 1–2 weeks. Established patients are prioritized for urgent medication needs.
If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Medication is not one-size-fits-all. During your evaluation, we will discuss:
Severity and duration of symptoms
Previous treatment response
Your comfort level with medication
Non-medication alternatives
You will always be part of the decision-making process.
Yes. Your care is confidential and protected under HIPAA. Information is only shared with your consent, except in cases involving safety concerns or legal requirements.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I focus on:
Whole-person care
Thoughtful prescribing (not rushed medication visits)
Education about your diagnosis and treatment options
Long-term stability, not just short-term symptom relief
You are not just a diagnosis — you are a person with a story.
Personalized mental wellness solutions for anxiety management, depression care, stress reduction, trauma recovery, and overall mental health improvement.
